When you step foot in a builder’s office, you are obligated to build the hosue they design for you. Why not get a set of plans designed, and THEN choose who will build your home?
We will design your home plans custom to your liking, then we will take care of every detail and get it built. We take the time to understand and visualize what you have in mind, and then we bring it to life. We’ll define all the details, from how you want your home to function, to all of the features and finishes to fit your lifestyle, and then we build it.
Meet Ron
With expertise in the home building industry since 1979, Ron is your go-to guy for custom-created homes. Ron began his career as a general laborer on a framing crew and worked his way up to a construction manager role before becoming a designer in 2004. For 11 years, Ron designed 90% of homes built by one of Wichita's largest home builders. With a solid background in the construction industry, Ron brings a unique and practical perspective to home design, and the experience you need to the quality build or remodel that you deserve.

What works in El Dorado doesn't work in Wichita. With over 30 years of experience, everything will be up to code and pass inspection. We pull all the permits.
Afraid of going over budget? Not to worry; we set up the construction loan process, provide you with budget management, and make sure you are informed where the budget is at every step of the way.
Would you like to move into your new home within 6 - 8 months? On average other builders take one to two years to complete the process. Ron pushes to have your dream home ready as quickly as possible.
